The "Double BARN 74 m²" project is an expanded version of the "BARN 42 m²" kit, designed to provide more living space for a family of 3-4 people. This kit includes two full-sized rooms on the first floor and one additional room on the second floor. In the second half of the house, you'll find a spacious kitchen-studio and a bathroom.

The house kit comes without interior partitions, and the layout is purely advisory. This means you have the freedom to design the interior and customize the space to suit your needs.

The kit includes a complete list of all necessary materials and fasteners, along with a detailed step-by-step assembly manual.
To build the house, you will need to prepare the foundation yourself. This can be screw piles, concrete pillars, or any other type of foundation. For example, the estimated cost of installing a screw foundation with 15 piles, depending on the terrain, is between 40,000 and 60,000 UAH.

Our self-assembly house kits offer flexible interior layouts, and the base configuration does not include materials for internal partitions or finishing. You can finish the interior using any materials available on the market, such as imitation timber, paneling, or furniture-grade plywood. This house is made up of two BARN-style blocks, forming a functional and modern design.
